Kim老闆的麻吉在這邊工作,榮獲雪梨雜誌評鑑為第四名的餐廳

阿金想來朝聖,於是我這鄉巴佬就被拖著進來這神聖的餐廳了

 

一開始先上了酒單,酒那麼貴,我們當然不會點

接下來是菜單,菜單定期更換,因此在上方可以看到特定日期

我們去的時候寫明了現在是夏季的第12週

每週五才有午餐特惠,而午餐「只」需要 $ 49(我還是覺得太貴)

以下菜名都是我隨便亂翻的,如果有錯誤請大家務必糾正我

 

糖心蛋上面撒了點高麗菜做點綴(而且只有半顆)

Luffa Squash with Pippies & Lamb Floss 

前菜令我們十分驚豔!好好吃的絲瓜!誰說絲瓜只能炒蛤蠣或麵線的!

絲瓜西葫蘆佐羊肉屑屑!老闆再給我十盤都沒問題

沒想到連奶油都要這麼講究

麵包有兩種可以選擇,也可以都試試看

Potato mash 馬鈴薯泥 $ 14

純淨細緻的馬鈴薯泥十分好吃!但價格還是很不親民

Sommerlads Chicken Maryland with Mushroom, White Peach & Macadamia nuts

雞的部分,我這個外行人吃起來是沒什麼特別感覺

而且我不是很喜歡夏威夷果仁因為會卡牙縫="=

白桃有先烤過,吃起來有點苦但會回甘

Green salad $10

還點了一份沙拉,不過超市賣的三塊沙拉應該更超值,一個吃氣氛的概念

Stout Ice Cream with Plum Jam & Puffed Fermented Barley

烈性黑啤酒冰淇淋搭配梅子果醬及膨脹的發酵大麥(?)

酒類冰淇淋完全不是我的菜,只好跳過!

不想吃搭配好的超值午餐,也可以選擇自己搭配

但同桌需點相同courses,不可以一個人點超值午餐,另一個人選8 courses這樣

Saturday – 6:30PM to 9:30PM (8 course menu only)

Saturday – 6:00PM (Early-seating 6 course menu only)
